Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Stirling Curling Group to be held on Tuesday
9th May 2023 at 7.30pm at Stirling County Cricket Clubhouse, Royal Stuart Way, Stirling
Sports Village. FK7 7WS
The Meeting is open to all member clubs and their member curlers Each club has one
vote and can send two representatives to the meeting. Other attendees do not have a
vote. Would club secretaries please make their members aware of the invitation and
also confirm who their 2 Representative\u2019s will be and which one holds the club\u2019s voting
mandate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Welcome<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Apologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Receive and confirm the minutes of the previous AGM (pre-circulated).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Presentation of SCG\u2019s Financial Accounts for the year, with Treasurer\u2019s report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Set the subscription rate for the following year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Chairman\u2019s Report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Development Report and Ice Rink Report<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Nomination and election of Management Committee, including office bearers.
    (Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary, other committee members)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Appointment of Independent Examiner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Any other competent business brought to the meeting which has been submitted
    in writing to the Secretary not less than seven days prior to the AGM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Any other competent business deemed relevant by the Chairman.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
