4 Matters Arising: Kilsyth Kink Championship entry fee still outstanding. Date of Doune Rosebowl 9 September
5 Correspondence: Stirlingshire Province AGM on 26 April, PB has been invited to give SCG update
6 Treasurer’s Report: Current bank balance £2,586-97 as of 31 March. BS to remind competition entrants that outstanding fees to be paid. AMcK has arranged that PB can access bank statements whilst she is on holiday. AMcK to set up internet banking for SCHG – read only. J McLaren has now paid last year’s entry fee.
7 Competitions: BS has prepared revised Division league sizes to accommodate new entries. This was agreed
8 Development: MW attended the second drop-in session – very useful, especially with delivery. Mixed reviews of first session.
9 Web Site: Very dependant on input from provinces, clubs and individual curlers
10 Ice Manager’s Report:Allan Grant now back at work, DF explained technology of ice preparation standards at the Peak, intended to give ice consistency. JK and AW noted lack of consistency in the ice during the season. CG advised the proposed ice rink extension has reached Planning stage
11 Rules: PB thanked IMcN and DF for preparing and updating the various league tables over the past year. A comprehensive report on the 2015-16 leagues was handed over by IMcN. Generally scorecards were still not being completed satisfactorily. Registered team members would be assumed to be the four players in the first round of competition. Thereafter substitutes must be marked “S” on the scorecards. Noted that the Peak is unaware of clubs competing in the Rink Championship
