Doune Rosebowl 2019

This competition is open to all current SCG Member Clubs who wish to enter a team to compete for the Doune Rosebowl. There will be an afternoon session followed by tea/coffee & shortbread, and an evening session followed by a lite buffet with tea/coffee.
The format will be a progressive bonspiel with the winning teams moving up one sheet after each end and the losing teams staying put. Losing team has last stone on next end – first end toss for last stone. There will be prizes for each session and a trophy for the overall winning team.
We need 8 teams for each session and entries will be taken in the order that they are received. Clubs may enter a team for both sessions, but second entries will only be
accepted if there are less than 8 entries for each session. If entering two teams please indicate first and second choices of sessions. If more entries are received then it is possible that more ice may be available.
The Committee reserve the right to invite people to make up teams in the event of entries being under subscribed, and those teams need not consist of curlers from the same club.

Entry fee is £40 per team for afternoon session and £60 for evening session – evening ice is dearer and there will be a more substantive buffet.
